Diarrhea

No one likes to talk about it, but everyone has it on occasion. Diarrhea refers to either the increase in the number of bowel movements in a day or the increase in the looseness of those bowel movements, or both.

When should you see a doctor? If your diarrhea lasts longer than a week or two, is bloody, or other symptoms develop, you should contact your doctor. The physicians of TDDC are specially trained to treat the entire GI tract and can see your symptoms as part of the whole.
