The whole process was amazing. Bed side manner was great. They explained everything in full detail and the job they did is outstanding and I would definitely go back if needed. They were great on the follow up as well. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
The checkin was easy and efficient as health history had been completed ahead of time. The nursing staff were friendly and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible with warm blankets and a comfortable waiting position. They were experienced and efficient inserting the IV stint. Dr. Barrenberg stopped by to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure I was booked in for and the Anesthetist also to make sure the health history was correct and if I had any concerns which were all easily addressed. I was then moved to the procedure room and woke up in recovery. The whole thing experience was comfortable and efficient.
Your staff is a work of art. I have been there a few times. Every employee bends over backwards to make sure this “not so pleasant”experience is a lot easier to endure. I recommend you and your staff to anyone.
