The front desk staff were warm in their greetings and quickly signed me in. I met with the Dr.'s PA. Kelley Candey. She was very knowledgeable and professional and addressed all my concerns.

The care of the doctors and nurse practitioners and lab techs is excellent once you’re in the office. The administration/front desk/appointment/follow-up part has been less than excellent. I was prescribed a medication 2 weeks ago that still hasn’t been called in, I received lab results without any further follow-up. There should be a reminder text for upcoming appointments, too.

The experience from the initial doctor’s appointment to checking in for my upper G.I. was a classic example of professionalism. Front desk personnel to the preop nurse, anesthesiologist, and postop nurses were fantastic. I would mention the few names I remember, but at the risk of alienating anyone I won’t. When done, Dr. Smith took the time to answer all of my questions. There are places closer to me, but if I ever need the procedure again, there is no doubt where I will go.
