I was nervous going into my first colonoscopy. But from the nurse at the desk to Dr. Shrestha who did the procedure made the experience very pleasant and comfortable. All the nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend GI Alliance:Willow Park for any gastrointestinal endoscopy procedures.

Good place, only downside is everytime I go there I ask specifically if I owe anything else. Everytime the answer is no, yet everytime I get a notice I owe more money, most of the time on the way home! Then I get dinged all the time because I refuse to waste my time making out a check and sending it in the mail! I always pay it the next time I go in. Also maddening is the fact that I have to go in to be told I need another procedure in a year! Just text, call or email me. Just greed charging me a copay and the insurance for extra visits!
They have serviced our appliances on several occasions and are always prompt, courteous, and efficient.

From check-in to check-out all of the staff we're friendly and knowledgeable. Endoscopy staff really made me comfortable which made my experience stress free and as pleasant as an EGD and colonoscopy can be. Facilities were very clean and state of the art.
