Dr. Moazzam Sana is a gastroenterologist with Texas Digestive Consultants. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals in Sugarland/Richmond area including Methodist, St. Luke’s, Memorial Hermann Sugarland, and Oakbend Medical Center. Dr. Sana is a Houston native and went to Texas A&M University for his undergraduate. He worked on the Human Genome Project after graduating from Texas A&M. He then went to Des Moines, IA for Medical School and returned to Baylor Scott White for Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology fellowship with distinction in advanced interventional endoscopy. Dr. Sana provides compassionate and comprehensive care in all types of gastrointestinal and liver disorders. He specializes in advanced endoscopy including Endoscopic Ultrasound, ERCP, Upper Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Capsule endoscopy. He is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.

I have been a patient of Dr Sana for a number of years. My wife is in need of treatment and although her symptoms are very different to mine, I had no hesitation in putting her into the care of Dr Sana.He is very professional, detailed in determining the right prognosis, listens very attentively to her concerns and explains what needs to be done for both the short and long term. He has a great back room staff who are very proactive and follow through to make the experience of visiting him seamless. I have no hesitation in recommending him to future patients.
