Day of Appt, Dr Pathikonda was seeing Patients on time, no waiting. Personally, bad day for New Patient Appt, severally Depressed, Emotional.
Dr. Pathikonda, patiently, sought answers to his questions, to make a determination of the likely issue. Testing would be necessary to accurately diagnosis. Which was scheduled. Dr. Pathikonda prescribed prescription medication, advised to change some over the counter medications, and dietary changes to control the symptoms and discomfort in the mean time.
I am experiencing, relief. Experimenting with diet changes and exercise tweeks trying for additional relief.
Dr. Pathikonda has made a treatment plan, that together will get me to the accurate diagnosis and action needed thereafter.
I am mobile by walker and wheelchair, following extensive spinal fusions. My strong suggestion to anyone who may alternate between walker and wheelchair,
"Use your Wheelchair."
The Building Entrance has an extremely long handicap ramp. The multi Physicians waiting room very spacious, long hallways to the patient rooms, and also to the rooms for scheduling procedures. Leaving is the reverse of entering.
Easy to talk to and he explains everything to you.
His entire staff are great. Highly recommend him.
I'd also like to add that I had multiple concerns before my procedure that I needed answers from his staff and each time I called, I got a call back, usually same day or the next day if I called late. Depending on the urgency of my concerns, Dr. Pathikonda himself called me back. He was concerned for my well being and I was so afraid to even show up. I'm grateful I did.
Thank you, Dr. Pathikonda and staff.
I am blessed to be a patient of his and the staff.
