Patient was my wife. Dr Chennupati is a wonderful doctor. She had a very positive experience. He talked with her after procedure and went over the pictures he had taken.
Where do I begin. When I got a call from the Center that my colonoscopy was due, I was ably helped by Diane and thereafter Teisha who put all the necessary paperwork together and mailed it to me. Check-in was a breeze. Nurse Dee was very professional and got me a heated blanket as the prep-room was freezing. Then Eric wheeled me in to the much dreaded room where Dr. Chennupati was waiting for me. We got to chat until the anesthesia kicked in. Dr. Chennupati is the best in the business, hence the five star. I would be remiss if i did not mention Dana who very kindly made sure I had a comfortable ride home.

Considering what the procedure is, everything went very we’ll including the prep. The center and all the staff were very professional. The nurse got my IV in quickly and painlessly which is probably a first for me. Totally recommend all who took care of me.
Dr. Chinnupati is a dedicated and excellently competent Gastroenterologist you could not get a better one. this is a wonderful and caring facility. The staff treat you so kindly. They help you understand the procedure you're there for and, explain what it entails. They give you at home instructions and they will check on you at home once your procedure is completed. This is a necessary procedure that needs doing and you cannot go wrong using this office.
My GI procedure could not have gone more smoothly. I was in on time and cared for by a friendly and competent staff.
I received awesome customer service from scheduling to discharge. This included phone calls, texts, and emails. All of the medical staff displayed excellent bedside manner. I'm thankful I don't have to return for 10 years but if I had to visit frequently, I would look forward to the visit because everyone was so friendly and competent.
