"The staff and Dr Lacey were, of course, professional and friendly. Kindness truly makes all the difference when you’re not help and trying to determine what’s going on. The doctor indicated that he could need to calm in a prescription for be and my the time that I drove home, the pharmacy had sent a text to let me know it was ready for pick up. Because I have had other doctors say they would call in the prescription only find that many days later me and the pharmacy were still calling that doctor's office for status with no success … So I was thrilled that Dr. Lacey’s office did just as they said they would. I am sure that I will continue seeing this doctor and encourage others to do the same!"

Prep is not fun, but necessary for a good examination. Other than that, as great experience as you can experience with a Colonoscopy. See you all in. 12 months."

"From the moment I got to the clinic or to the G.I. office I felt very at ease. The Staff was very accommodating. My experience was really positive. In a procedure like a colonoscopy And an endoscopy I had a different vision of what I was going to experience. It sounds maybe a little weird, but it was great. Staff was outstanding. Dr. Lacey is great. He knows what he is doing. The anesthesiologist outstanding. He made me feel like we known each other for years, so it’s not a comfortable situation or a recommendation but if you have to do it, please do it at this place. God bless"

I told him I was moving to San Diego and he called a colleague and told me this was the doctor i should follow up with. His ofc was amazing. When I got on the phone to schedule a new appt I started to make a list of all of the medical records and info I would need to gather. “No ma’am. We have everything. You don’t need to send a thing. Dr. Brent Lacey is warm, helpful, sharp, knowledgeable and as personable as his dad (my previous gastroenterologist for 24 years - he retired last year), I felt confident in young Dr. Lacey’s care and the review of my current meds with discussion on potential changes when we move to Medicare next year was quite helpful. Did bloodwork with the excellent phlebotomist on staff and out in record time to get on with my day. With 2024 moving me into 25 years of incredible care with TDDC, I look forward to additional years with this stellar family and medical group. "My procedure was scary to me for many reasons. The staff was understanding, kind, and very helpful. Dr. Lacy went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, comfortable and not scared at all! I've never seen a doctor like him. He treated me with kindness and respect. He knew that this was scary for me, and while some doctors would dismiss that, he did not!!! The office was also accommodating and scheduled both procedures on the same day so that I would not have to go through two different preparations. The day of the procedure I was taken back promptly. They have their own facility which was very professional and convenient. The procedure was very quick. The doctor came to see me both before and after the procedure and went over everything in detail. He also communicated directly with two other surgeons that will be working on me in the future. I couldn’t be more impressed or recommend him more highly."
