"I'm a patient in Dr martinez. He's very knowledgeable BUT his office staff is HORRIBLE at giving you a call back or even answering a simple question in a timely manner. I called to ask if a medicine will cause me harm due to my past condition and the medical assistant was too busy to assist. This has happened many times before and it's irritating you can't speak to DR. Martinez directly. The intermediary said he could leave a message, but they always take DAYS to respond.In the beginning, service was amazing, then over time it started to dwindle and made me feel unimportant. That makes the entire experience very bad. I suggest finding another GI doctor that is more accessible. After all, we're dealing with our health. Update: I was contacted by the office manager and she was extremely nice and stated she will rectify the problems. Like I explained to her, DR. Martinez is an amazing doctor and very knowledgeable and I don't want to lose him as my GI doctor, but the front staff need some work/help. I am looking forward to seeing the improvements. Due to the update, I have changed my review."
