"Where do I begin. When I got a call from the Center that my colonoscopy was due, I was ably helped by Diane and thereafter Teisha who put all the necessary paperwork together and mailed it to me. Check-in was a breeze. Nurse Dee was very professional and got me a heated blanket as the prep-room was freezing. Then Eric wheeled me in to the much dreaded room where Dr. Chennupati was waiting for me. We got to chat until the anesthesia kicked in. Dr. Chennupati is the best in the business, hence the five star. I would be remiss if i did not mention Dana who very kindly made sure I had a comfortable ride home. Thank you, one and all for the pleasant experience."

"Dr. Chinnupati is a dedicated and excellently competent Gastroenterologist you could not get a better one. this is a wonderful and caring facility. The staff treat you so kindly. They help you understand the procedure you're there for and, explain what it entails. They give you at home instructions and they will check on you at home once your procedure is completed. This is a necessary procedure that needs doing and you cannot go wrong using this office."

"New update, Great experience at this business today. Dr. Chinnapita is the best in Beaumont. Very pleasent atmosphere today. Really stepped up, way to go staff. (OLD REVIEW) They are very uncaring and heartless. I have been having an extremely painful problem since November 1st. It is now Nov.8th. The nurse practitioner is just as bad. Even after Dr.Chinnapita said I needed to go to a Dr in Houston. It took 4 days to get my referral sent, and that was after I called again. If Dr.Chinnapita was not such a good Dr. I would not ever step foot in that place again!! I have recently gone to this establishment. / Dr. Chinnapita is a very good doctor. Had a little trouble getting someone to call me back the first time. Had to go to the business. The second time someone called. Very polite in the procedure room."

"I seen Dr Chennupati for the first time in November of 2021. He took his time with me to get an understanding of not only my medical history but what was currently going on with me. He asked several pointed questions. He asked me if I had any more questions before he left, which I appreciated. He also clarified different things he spoke of for me. His office also had a very structured way of handling scheduling procedures. I will continue seeing him and will recommend him to anyone I meet."

"Dr. Chennupati, saw me while I was in Baptist Hospital. He is the only reason I am alive today. While "all" other doctors gave up on finding the cause of my internal bleeding, he was the only one who would not accept what they were saying. Through his dedication and determination he found a tumor that all the other doctors could not find for the last 4 years. This man is a hero to me and my family."
