"Dr. Patel as well as the PA Lana are outstanding. My last visit was with Lana, she was so patient and answered all my questions in detail and also explained next steps and the whys around the medication she was prescribing. The front office was kind, check in and my personal wait time was a breeze. I must also add that the MA that took my vitals was kind as well."

"I went here for a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure in April 2024. The process was good, but the after process has been a nightmare. Dr Michael was my initial contact in Dallas, then Dr Fenadez. So after the process, I was supposed to get a call as to what next. Never did, but I had to call countlessly for prescriptions given by another Dr based on the diagnosis. My personal Dr asked me to do my colonoscopy, which is covered by insurance. OK, I called today, and for the 1st time, the customer service lady was so mean me that I was so shocked. I was going to give a great review after the whole process, and today's incident tipped me off so badly 👎 😢. Edit This is an added to the previous review. The person who caused all this with bad intentions was not doing the right thing. Her manager called me, and I apologized for such a behavior and rather took care of me she was professional. Pleasant, and she's going to take care of the issues. I was so impressed with a quick response Throughout the journey, it has been an amazing positive experience, so bear with me, but they have been very helpful and very pleasant"

"My nurse Kelly was great in communicating what all I needed to know before the day of my procedure. Making sure I had my instructions, prep and going over allergies and medications. The day of, I actually was registered at the facility by Kelly’s sister who made the process so easy. So friendly and kind! Then the nurse who took me back to pre-op to the nurse that came in to confirm my procedure, again so friendly. I felt right at ease! From there, Dr Fernandes showed up and my CRNA. I could not recommend them more. They turned what could be a stressful experience into a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Fernandes and his staff!! The facility itself was also extremely clean and appeared new. That’s always a plus!"

"The tddc is full of great doctors, who go out of their way, to make you right again. I found dr. Qureshi during a visit to medical city hospital, in 2019. I've been a patient ever since. Everyone I've come in contact with has been more than helpful and very pleasant. Highly recommended. I hope you won't have any digestive issues, but if you do, this is the place to find help."

"My experience at the Las Colinas facility has been excellent. Dr. Sree, the anesthesiologist, the nurses and the staff were competent and caring. All the prep, pre and post procedure steps were orchestrated well and executed smoothly. One area for improvement will be the phone system. Some times it switched to voice mail after waiting in line for a long time to speak to someone. Sometimes the phone message was not updated from an off day to a working day and will not allow you to contact anyone. All in all, in spite of the phone issues, I still highly recommend Dr. Sree and this facility."

"My overall experience was good, except when the NP told me the only way to successfully lose weight is to starve myself and eat only 1200 calories a day. She literally used the word “starve.” Not only is that really negative advice, according to the licensed clinical dietician I’m working with; for an obese person who is prediabetic and has over 100 lbs to lose, it’s also dangerous advice. Starvation robs the body of vital nutrients and results in malnutrition, muscle loss, hair loss, and even organ failure. No legitimate physician should EVER be telling a patient to starve themselves or suggest a calorie count that is unhealthy, unsustainable, and will only result in gaining even more weight back in the future… which I would think a gastroenterology professional should know. Not only did her comment make me feel defeated, it made me question whether or not I can trust this staff to sincerely care about and properly guide me toward better health. Luckily colonoscopy screenings are only required every 5-10 years, so I’ll probably be seeking out a different facility for any additional follow-ups."

"I came in the morning of December 5 for an endoscopy. The woman in admissions explained all the paperwork thoroughly. When I was called back, Dr. Wilkofsky's pre-OP nurse, Kelly, was amazing. She was wonderful with the procedural items (paperwork, IV, vitals) but she was phenomenal from the compassion aspect. I have an anxiety disorder and was on the verge of a panic attack. She comforted me, made sure I was calm, and even hugged me before she left. The OR Nurse and anesthesiologist were kind, and listened to my concerns as well. They reassured me I would be asleep and would not feel a thing. I don't remember my procedure. When I woke up in recovery Nurse Dee Dee greeted me with a smile. She explained all my post-OP directives and made sure I was steady on my feet before walking me to my ride home. Every single person in the facility was so kind and loving as if you are family."
