Dr. Odunsi is x5 🌟. Disappointed that I spoke with the nursing staff 3x before my EGD and Colonoscopy... scheduled today. Did horrible prep last two days in addition of the stress of losing my dog of 15 yrs yesterday... procedure was actually 6/21 not 6/13. I canceled my clients, took off work... wrong day. GI ALLIANCE was no better. Said they would work me in. Then told me I needed to be at a hospital location for the procedure.

Everything and everyone was great at office working through portal was not good for me
As a new patient, my experience at the GI center was very positive. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the wait time in the lobby was minimal. Dr Odunsi is professional and personable at the same time. She took her time with me. She made sure I understood what was going on with my body and allowed time for me to ask questions. I’m thankful that Dr Odunsi and her medical staff are thorough. After my visit, I received a follow-up call to address another health issue I listed on my medical history. That assures me Odunsi listens and actually reviews medical records. I feel very confident trusting my health care needs to Dr Odunsi and her medical staff.

My visits and experience with Dr. Odunsi is great the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The only problem is the wait time is too long. 15 minutes with her is a 90 minute stay there which I find excessive.

I attempted to see what copay I would have. I was bounced around to different people but did not get an answer until a few days before the procedure. I am semi retired and money is tight. If I would have had a large copay, I may have had to cancel.

The new flush chem Plenvu worked great after adding one extra day to the fasting routine. Otherwise a 5 Star experience.
Dr. O is very thorough and takes time to answer all questions. She has a great bedside manner and cares about your progress. Would definitely recommend
I really enjoyed my experience here as this was my first colonoscopy . From the time I entered the facility the medical staff explained everything where I could understand it. Had my first colonoscopy and everything was great! From initial visit with doc to the day before (I called with questions) and of the procedure. They explained every and all nurses, anesthesiologists and staff were very accommodating. Doc was great too. Everything went smoothly.
