TDDC is absolutely the best, I have been with them for many years and would not think of going anywhere else. They are professional, very knowledgeable, organized and very nice and caring willing to take the time to make sure you understand everything about your condition and treatment.
Regarding my recent experience I called in late afternoon, had to leave a message about symptoms. I didn't think I would hear back until the next day but my doctor's NP called back almost immediately, she asked a few questions and already had a plan of action. Every step went smoothly and I believe I got through it quickly and with flying colors because of Sunhee's quick response.
Just can't say enough good about this organization.

Staff needs to talk louder and much slower. Very hard to understand ladies.

I do understand that my gastroantrologist performs several of similar procedures at any schedule day. He took his job professionally and felt that he treated me as if a tree and not a forest. He was courteous and spent time in explaining the process with clarity. Credit to all his supporting staffs as well. I felt at peace throughout the prep

Great group! I was struggling with some pretty bad pain when I got to Dr Parks office! The nurse noticed how much pain I was in, and within minutes I was in the ER getting some much needed relief! I was thankful Dr Park could meet me there, and did an outstanding job of taking care of me!

The friendliest and most kind people from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Every person who handled my intake to my care was absolutely amazing! There was never a moment of concern or nervousness as I felt I was in the best hands. I was talked to and through the procedure every step of the way. Great and absolute best care I have ever had.
All staff from admissions to the doctor were great! They were efficient, friendly and genuine. My friend that was with me said she needs to change doctors. 🙂
This was my first colonoscopy experience and the staff was absolutely amazing! From the check-in, to Dr. Evans, and all the way to recovery, I was taken great care of. Everyone took their time introducing themselves to me and making sure that I knew what was expected for the procedure. I was never rushed and everyone was so kind. I would highly recommend this practice and the Texas Endoscopy Center. When I was done, they also gave me an envelope with everyone’s name on it and I absolutely loved this. I like knowing people’s names, but this helped ensure that I would be able to refer back to it if needed. I do want to give a special shout out to Jillian, the Pre-op nurse. I spent the most time with her as she prepared me and to say she was phenomenal is an understatement.
From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Texas Digestive Disease Consultants. Someone contacted me ahead of time to arrange for post-procedure prep, I was sent reminders and notifications via text/email which were helpful and relevant. The staff was professional and caring. I highly recommend TDDC.
The service was great. The only thing that I regret was the anesthesia process, it was very painful. I have had mutiple surgeries and never experienced the type of pain that I did when it was being administered.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff- the receptionist even asked everyone in the waiting room if anyone needed anything. Dr. Rendon answered all my questions and put me at ease. I will be recommending Texas Endoscopy to my family and friends.
