Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?
I enjoy taking care of both acute and chronic diseases and the wide variety of both procedures and patient interaction.

I don’t have a specific GI specialty, as I enjoy practicing general GI.
Where did you study?
Undergrad: University of Texas at Austin, Medical School: LSU Medical School, GI and Internal Medicine Fellowship: University of Texas Southwestern.

Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
What do you and your family enjoy doing in your spare time?
Traveling, taking pictures and attending sporting events.

Dr Friedman and his team were excellent. Took me a while to manage to book the procedure but on the day of the procedure everything went according to plan. They explained every step , kept my husband informed and the best part - I was told I am a boring patient so no need to come back for another ten years 🙏. I highly recommend Dr Friedman.
