Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?
I became interested in Gastroenterology because it incorporates routine history and physical and lab and diagnostic testing with endoscopic procedures to help patients with digestive ailments. In addition I like the therapeutic modalities offered by Gastroenterology procedures including hemostasis in GI bleeding , esophageal dilation, Therapeutic ERCP, etc.
Do you have a specialty of interest within GI?
My areas of interest in addition to general digestive diseases and problems include liver diseases , colon cancer screening, and ERCP.

It was my first time at GI Alliance. It was a pleasant experience with Dr. Memon and his care team. Everyone warm and friendly and very attentive.
My only problem is the wait time and the waiting room is extremely tiny.

Dr.Memon has healed my stomach issues naturally, not by adding more medication like most Doctors, after my last upper lower GI my Heidel hernia, went from something that needed surgery to repair to mild issues, this thanks to him, I highly recommend him and his staff if you really want to heal not keep repairing.
