The facilities are very nice too. During my procedure and after it, they were attentive and made sure that everything was fine with me.

Dr. Patel as well as the PA Lana are outstanding. My last visit was with Lana, she was so patient and answered all my questions in detail and also explained next steps and the whys around the medication she was prescribing. The front office was kind, check in and my personal wait time was a breeze. I must also add that the MA that took my vitals was kind as well.

I went here for a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure in April 2024. The process was good, but the after process has been a nightmare. Dr Michael was my initial contact in Dallas, then Dr Fenadez. But I ended up talking to Dr Michael Hall. I will say Dr Michael Hall is a great listener and he can easily understand your situation and recommend the right medication. I just met him this morning on November 26th 2024. He listened to exactly what was going on and he gave me some great ideas and change my medication. I can't believe this is the first time I've spoken to a doctor in a while that I feel so confident and relaxed about his prognosis.
