View LocationI had many questions for her on what I can eat taking magnesium to get good bowel movements, daily, after eating a high fiber breakfast!
I learned that eating a part of an apple, or taking 1-2 prunes, would not have an impact with the magnesium!
I would like to see her again, if possible, in a couple of months.
Thank you!
