Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?
I specialized in gastroenterology because I am fascinated by the variety of interesting diseases we diagnose and the technical expertise required to perform our procedures. Additionally, I am drawn to the fact that gastroenterologists prescribe a balance of preventive care and treatment to help our patients. From treating common digestive issues, like indigestion and irregularity, to helping patients stay healthy by screening for colon cancer, I am grateful for the opportunity to help my patients with their health and well-being.
Do you have a specialty of interest in Gastroenterology?
I enjoy all aspects of gastroenterology.
What do you and your family enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my family, being active and outdoors, and visiting the sights and scenes of Austin. From seeing the Texas Longhorns compete to visiting local food joints and restaurants, there is always something fun to do here in Austin.

Reviews
Nursing and staff were courteous although the needle stick was rough. They prepped me for a colonoscopy and they kept me warm and comfortable. Before I knew it, I was in recovery and Dr. Mansour came by and explained the procedure and what she found. She was very thorough and showed me pictures and answered all my questions. I found the procedure to be relatively painless and appreciated the care and kindness given me. A big thank you to all the staff, including the front desk, and to Dr. Mansour for their kind attention to my care.
Everyone that I interacted with was extremely professional, friendly, and listened to me. They put me at ease and helped me relax in a stressful situation. They were informative and answered my questions and made me feel like I was in good hands.
Absolutely the best from start to finish !
I recently began seeing Dr Mansour and the experience has been very good. She was very patient, kind, and informative during my office visit in Austin on Angus Rd. Her office and clinical staff are great also. I’m very happy I found her practice!
The nursing and surgical staff as well as the anesthesiologist and Dr. MANSOUR were completely professional and courteous. I felt at ease prior to and after the procedure. Many thanks to these wonderful professionals.
