Dr Fajardo is great!! He and his office staff are pleasing to work with.
They are very pleasant and attentive. I utilize the portal and get responses in a timely manner. It’s very easy to use.
As with any office, I would rather talk to a human person rather than a robot or go through 10 prompts to finally and hopefully speak with someone.
Bring back the human element.
Otherwise, always a great experience from start to finish.

Dr. Fajardo, Alex and entire staff are wonderful. They truly listen to your problems or issues and help find the best way to resolve.

Dr. Adams is great, knowledgeable and to the point. The reason for the 4 stars is because for both my first visit appointment and my endoscopy the wait times were ridiculous. I like to make appointments and stick to them but to wait anywhere between 30mins to an hour for 15 minutes of their time is a big ask. I’d love it if they improve that. The front desk staff seem very annoyed when asked about time.
The staff at front desk are very efficient, polite and cheerful. When you aren’t feeling well it is very comforting to be greeted by someone with a smile on their face and ready to help.

This was a follow up from a procedure. Koi was very helpful, he gave me suggestions to remedy issues that may come up. I told him I thought the procedure was mostly successful. Koi said there was no need to come back unless issues occur.
Dr. Rendon and his staff have always been very helpful and patient, willing to answer all questions. Dr. Rendon is an excellent Gastroenterologist and we would highly recommend him. Always spends time after procedures explaining all that he found or didn’t find and addressed all questions patiently. He is highly respected from all staff in every one of our experiences.
Dr. M Padda is just wonderful. He has helped me so much with my GERD. Before I went to him, my regular doctors basically put a band-aid on my problem. There was more to care than antacids and don’t eat chocolate. The whole practice is friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my care.
Easy to make appointments but after checking in online, they force you to do check-in on tablet & sign paperwork in the office, no matter how much the patients complain about it.
The office staff was friendly and helpful. They got me into the examination room quickly and scheduled tests immediately. I definitely felt informed about my procedures. I recommend Texas digestive disease consultants in McKinney, Texas.
I love Dr. Padda he is very compressive, he explain you the processure. Vey humble. Like his office staff the people are nice and attentive.
