Dr Fajardo is great!! He and his office staff are pleasing to work with. They are very pleasant and attentive. I utilize the portal and get responses in a timely manner. It’s very easy to use. As with any office, I would rather talk to a human person rather than a robot or go through 10 prompts to finally and hopefully speak with someone. Bring back the human element. Otherwise, always a great experience from start to finish.
