My experience is always great. Dr. Jain and Amanda are an awesome team. I'm truly blessed to have the both looking out for me.
Dr Ahmed is personable, evidence based, extremely knowledgeable on colitis issues. He and his staff are extremely responsive via online messages and he frequently responds to you same day, even when he is not in the office. He explains his reason behind decisions and does not adopt an obnoxious "just trust me" attitude. He goes out of his way to be helpful. His nurse Jeannette is also super kind and helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Both Dr Jain and Amanda are wonderful. I feel truly listened to, heard, and supported and cared for. They are very knowledge, true healers. They are personable and include me as a member of the team, thus encouraging me to participate and share responsibility for my own wellbeing.

Everything was awesome. Dr Hoelscher is the best and the staff is also the best.
I was originally wanted to see Dr. Rajiv Jain, but got an appointment with Amanda Hoelscher. She was nice and very knowledgeable. She was very detailed, listened, and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied.
I admit, I'm usually disappointed when I have to see a PA rather than a doctor. Dr Jain's PA is the exception. Amanda is knowledgeable, courteous, and empathetic. ( just like Dr. Jain)
