I found that DR Holt and his staff are very professional in handling their patients with the great service they provide. They are concerned with your care and the best way to achieve that goal. They have a great/comfortable office and waiting area, and they are always on time and get to in a room quickly. Very little wait time till the doctor comes in and sees you.
I saw Laila (NP) so i could get my colonoscopy scheduled. It was a very quick and efficient visit. I was in and out and was able to get my procedure scheduled with Dr. Holt. Laila was very professional and thorough. I love this office

Doctor was patient and knowledgeable. I gave 4 stars because the doctor was difficult to hear. That is frustrating when you need to understand the results of your procedure.
The team was wonderful!! I am (apparently) very sensitive with a low resting heart rate and during the first attempt, I had an extremely low heart rate (0 :/ ). The second attempt was done here in the hospital and the team was ready for all my needs. :) they were also kind and really listened to me.
I arrived early & was filling out my data on their IPad. I was called in at the exact time of my appointment so no waiting! The staff was friendly and professional. I had a blood draw by Yolanda Sharp and she was so nice! Very smooth visit from start to finish and I greatly appreciate that they value my time too!
