Nurse Practitioner Dale listened patiently to my concerns, asked questions, carefully listened to my answers & also took time to answer questions I had. She genuinely cared about my discomfort, & made a few changes to my medications to ones that would work better for me! I appreciated her thoroughness. She is efficient and personable at the same time. Good experience!

Very professional and well organized. They were careful to go over my health history and explain the upcoming procedure while at the same time being very engaging.

If I could give 6 or more stars I would. I especially want to commend the professionalism and care about my concerns during a recent procedure to Nurses Wendy, Lynn (anesthesia), Christi (sp) and Jeremy. Dr. Branstetter is AWESOME and this whole team should get a lot of recognition. Thanks. I am relieved about any future engagements I may have to do at this facility.
This was the first time in a long time that I believe the doctor actually listened to what I was saying. I think they are going through the process to get me healed up and it makes me feel really good that someone makes me feel good about the experience, going to a doctor.

My only complaint…Calling/reaching the office is tricky and a bit frustrating at times for those that work jobs that can’t wait on hold and/or answer call backs.

I saw the NP, Dale. She very helpful and explained my options and suggested a meditation that should help, so I went with the advice and filled the meditative although I haven’t needed it so far. I would definitely see her again if needed.
Facility was very accommodating. My medical team was EXTREMELY helpful. Best medical visit/procedure I have ever experienced. Very fast processing time and had no issues. I will 100% recommend this facility and my team for anyone in the future.
