I have always had excellent service at Dr. Ravi’s clinic.
I am very satisfied on getting my medical needs taken care of with my doctor's and staff
I have an ongoing issue where the top of my esophagus gets out of synch every 5 to 6 months and I have to get the opening stretched. This problem causes uncontrollable coughing fits when I eat, rink or simply swallow my own saliva. The "stretching" procedure is done during an endoscopy. I have had this issue for years. Dr. Goyal and his staff are wonderful. I see Melissa Medina - NP and Dr. GoyalI interchangeably. I call, quickly get an appointment, am seen and the endoscopy is quickly scheduled in the procedure rooms on the 1st floor. As much as I hate having to get this done repeatedly I am grateful that Dr. Goyal and the entire staff both in his office and in the procedure rooms are caring and comforting. I am blessed to have this consistent level if care.
Considering I had to have the colonoscopy procedure, the experience overall was great!
