My appointment was prompt, the doctor was attentive, asked a lot of questions and was very helpful. A positive experience. The appointment reminders may be a bit excessive but I understand why they do it.

I was late an expected to reschedule however front staff was very calm and polite and said no worry. I was taken back in less than 5 minutes. The nurse was just as kind. I saw Kristen Collins and she has a great bedside manner. I felt she knew why I was there and was familiar with previous lab results. I felt she listened and allowed me to be part of the discussion. I left feeling I had a good treatment plan

I love the customer service, great communication and the doctors who are such an amazing people who cares about their patients. Dr.Amaro and Kristin collins who work with this doctor are the best. I love Kristin and she is such an amazing caring person who always is easy to be reached out. I am so lucky for being under their care.
