I don't think it was fair that the doctor (Dr. Neghme) refuses to see me because I missed two appointments. I told the office I was in the hospital both times, part of that time I was on a BiPap machine and couldn't make a personal call. I was just trying to stay alive. Then, the second time, I was in a mental health treatment center that does not allow personal calls during the day unless you are making an appointment with your psychiatrist or trying to find housing. I feel I deserve to see Dr. Neghme himself. I need another colonoscopy but it hasn't even been scheduled. I'm fine with being on the wait list in case someone calls and cancels. But I don't want to wait forever. Dr. Neghme has been my doctor for a long time. To be cast aside is hurtful. Where's the trust?
