But several times I’ve been there she was rude and unfriendly. Not nice at all and when she tried this last visit it was very fake. But everyone else, super nice and personable."

"Dr. Kedika and his staff were wonderful. My husband went to him last year and said how comfortable he felt with Dr.Kedika and his staff. This year he had to return again, and talked me in to using this office, as last colonoscopy was 22 years. We both made appointments, with him going first, and I went after. The prep this time went soo much better and the procedure was fast. I was so impressed with everyone from front desk to Angela , my anesthesia nurse to all the other nurses and staff. They are all very kind and respectful. I would highly recommend Dr. Kedika and this office ."

I got there early, only sat in waiting room for about 5 minutes. Then, when waiting in room for Dr. Sveto, it was only about 1 minute. Good conversation & he listens. Good visit."

"Dr Fernandez is a wonderful doctor, I’ve been using him as my gastroenterologist for several years. In May I called with a referral from my gynecologist Dr. Pickle to get an appointment for pain I was having in my lower left side. I called only to be answered by a message saying I would be text. Through text messages I was told I couldn’t be seen until September 11th. I told Dr. Pickle, she said that was unacceptable and wanted to send me to another doctor. I wanted to remain wi Dr.Fernandez. She told me to call back. It did no good, they were VERY COLD and indifferent to my problem. I’ve worked for medical associations before and I believe this was unnecessarily called for."

"Dr Mbanchu performed my first colonoscopy at Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center. I was very nervous about the procedure but Dr Mbachu made me comfortable and confident in my care the minute I met her. She was very approachable and made sure that all my questions were answered. She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I felt very confident in the care she provided."

"Dr Le is a phenomenal gastroenterologist. I've been seeing him for several years I recently had a medical emergency and wound up in the hospital for a GI problem. Afterwards I went to see Dr. Le, and he gave me great advice on how I should move forward under the current circumstances. He showed me exactly what the problem was on a graphic image that displays the GI tract, and how the problem occurred. He also told me how to prevent it from happening in the future. This is the GI that you want when things go awry in your digestive system. He is very informative and straight to the point. I I am truly grateful for his experience, as well as being close to my residence, and in my network. Don't waste your time looking around for a GI doc, pick up the phone and call his office. You won't be disappointed. I would give him 10 Stars if I could."

"I had a colonoscopy a couple of weeks ago, this being my second but in a different state and different doctor. I have to tell you that I almost canceled because of my fear from stories I'd heard in the past. My first colonoscopy was just ok and I had horrible gas afterwards. I had absolutely no gas this time. "FMP Youngmi Lee was fantastic. Due to a computer mistake my appointment was supposed to be at 8:30 but I had on my notes at 11:30. NP Youngmi Lee said that she was going to see me anyway and I really appreciated that because I didn’t have to make another appointment. She listened to my complaints regarding the medication and she took took action immediately. Her assistant and the front desk clerk were very knowledgeable of their duties. Kudos to the three of them."

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was that it took 4 tries to make the appointment. I would call and told DR Putcha’s assistant would call me back to schedule an appointment. No one ever called back. I finally got a person to book the appointment on the fifth try. Never heard from the Dr’s Assistant."

"The care of the doctors and nurse practitioners and lab techs is excellent once you’re in the office. The administration/front desk/appointment/follow-up part has been less than excellent. I was prescribed a medication 2 weeks ago that still hasn’t been called in, I received lab results without any further follow-up. There should be a reminder text for upcoming appointments, too."
